This is Part 2 of our Scapular Mobility Exercises to improve Shoulder and upper back posture.

This is a progression from our over head theraband exercise for anyone is forward in life whether this is at work or through exercise and training.

The scapular retractors are positioned in the middle of the back between the shoulder blades. They are responsible for pulling the shoulder blades together which opens the chest and can improve upper back posture and shoulder mobility

The only equipment needed is a length of theraband
