Custom Tailored Planning for Your Specific Needs
What we do for each patient:

Physiotherapy Experts
Recovery from injury, reduce pain & stiffness, and increase mobility!
Physiotherapy healthcare assesses, diagnoses, treats, and works to prevent dysfunction and disability through physical means. We are University trained experts in human movement and function and work with you to assist in overcoming movement disorders. These disorders may have been present from birth, acquired through accident or injury, or are the result of ageing or life-changing events.
As Physios, we can also help you prevent further injury by listening to your needs and working with you to plan the most appropriate treatment for your condition, including setting goals, treatment outcomes and demonstrating rehabilitation exercises.
Sports Massage Specialists
Boost your performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve muscle swelling & tension.
Sports massage is a more vigorous style of massage and aims to increase blood flow to muscles and is designed to prepare the athlete for their best performance, reduce fatigue, and relieve muscle swelling and tension.
Heavily exercised muscles may also lose their capacity to relax, which causes chronically tight muscles and loss of flexibility. This lack of flexibility is often linked to muscle soreness and predisposes to injuries. Sports Massage helps reduce and prevent the often painful and debilitating effects of DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness).
Integrated into training, your muscles will relax and revitalise, and you’ll feel calmer and more focused before and after events.

Remedial Massage Specialists
Deeper therapy to a specific problem area rather than an all over body massage.
Remedial Massage treatment aims to reverse the negative physical effects of pain and discomfort you may be experiencing.
A remedial massage is designed to balance muscle length, tension and tone which will in turn will promote the return of normal joint, capsular and bone position. The increase in the flow of blood and lymph fluid, particularly to injured areas, heals muscles and removes blockages, damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesions resulting from injury and dysfunction. Remedial massage reduces stress, heightens mental alertness, improves posture and is paramount in escaping the vicious cycle of chronic complaints.
Pregnancy Massage Specialists
Alleviate pain without trying to force your body back to its usual position.
Pregnancy massage promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mums. It is a great way to reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing and it is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back and neck. A pregnancy massage is generally slower and more soothing. Due to the crazy changes your body is already experiencing, our job is to alleviate pains without trying to force your body back to its usual position.
It eases neck and back pain, leg cramps, headaches, swelling, helps you to keep good posture and relaxes and provides flexibility to birthing muscles. Prenatal massage provides relaxation by relieving stress on joints and also aids the circulatory and lymphatic systems, which keeps blood flowing to both the mother and the baby. Postnatal massage is also very beneficial and can help restore your body to its pre-pregnancy condition. It helps relieve neck and back pain you may experience from breast feeding and bending over lifting your new little gift.

Injury Rehabilitation
Facilitates quick recovery, reduces pain, promotes movement
If you have been injured at work, playing sport or just doing something as simple as picking up the cat, your body may need some rehabilitation training. A rehab program facilitates a quick recovery, reduces pain, promotes movement, restores normal function and prevents recurring damage to the injury.
Post surgery, we will work with your Doctor or Orthopaedic Physician, trainer or other therapists you use to achieve the best outcome for you situation. Rehab focuses on various physical activities, strength and flexibility exercises. This will help regain the range and motion of the injury or operation site. We will show you the correct techniques so you do not re-injure yourself, and devise an exercise plan with you to optimise your healing.
Dry Needling
Permanently reduce muscle pain and dysfunction.
Trigger Point Dry Needling is a treatment technique, which uses small filament type needles to release tight muscles with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction. Manual Therapists around the world are now using this technique to effectively treat acute and chronic orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Our Physiotherapist Adam Smyth is fully qualified in trigger point dry needling and continuously assists with his patients rehabilitation and pain.
Dry needling is a very safe form of treatment, in our clinic we are trained in using a safe and clean technique. We fully steralise the area of the patient and use packaged, single use needles.
